“The property is as advertised (conveniently located, updated, and very clean). I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Bradenton. My situation was a bit unique as I was attending a birthday party for a friend in the same neighborhood, so it could not have been more convenient. For a visitor wanting to explore the beaches and downtown Bradenton, there would be some driving (or Uber) involved. However, the property is an excellent value in a safe neighborhood. The……

“This was a cozy modern studio with a perfect little kitchenette and amazing bathroom. There is also a gas grill available for use in the small back deck. The community is quiet, clean and safe. It has 3 pools within the community that are super close, easily accessible and well kept. The owners were very welcoming and super responsive. They were also very respectful of our privacy. I stayed with my wife and teenage daughter and we were very comfortable. The space can easily accommodate 4 persons……

“There is actually 2 door handles you have to turn when unlocking the smart lock. In 902 b there is not a stove or instructions for the toaster oven to use it. The grill was dirty and the whole area around the grill wasn't sweeped. And there isn't a washer or dryer in 902b maybe in 902a but neither door is label as what is what. There was mold on the patio cushions and hammock. Other then that area was quiet and close to where we needed to go.”

“My favorite one so far! 10/10. The bed was quite possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in my life. The furnishings are nice. The air works great there is zero humidity in the unit & the view is 10/10. I was concerned about staying upstairs, but I ended up preferring it”

“Host was very communicative from the beginning. Home is clean & beautiful. Yes there is a slight smoke smell, but 1) it’s not as bad as the reviews make it, I believe people over exaggerated about it and 2) it’s in the front porch area which is the designated smoking area. Overall 10/10, will be booking again in the future”

“This is about 40min from Tampa city if that’s where you’re hoping to stay. It’s a lovely location, but not knowing the area, we thought we’d be a lot closer to Tampa than that. Everything else is accurate.”

“Great location with beautiful views. See the dolphins in the canal outside your windows in the morning and throughout the day. The communication with the host was great - very helpful and all information you need was easily found and organized. Fantastic shower!! Immediate hot water and great pressure. I would stay again!”

“Our stay here was amazing. Room had everything we needed and the property is even prettier in person. Restaurant down the street is great! Would definitely stay here again.”

“This apartment was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a business traveler on a budget.”

“The property being steps from the beach was amazing.”

“This little apartment was perfect for my stay in Apollo Beach/Ruskin. It was done very nicely with marble tile floor & shower. The walk in shower is huge. The bedroom/living area is huge. The bed was very comfortable! The apartment is attached to the owners home, but I had total privacy with a separate entrance. The only recommendation I would have is to change out the pull out love seat for something a little more comfortable for a child. I did not use it but was not very comfortable to……

“Perfect accommodation in Sarasota area. Quiet, central location, has everything you need.”

“Close walk to everything ! Clean , beautiful pool and hot tub! All was amazing! Family rented three of your spaces and we all lived it! Only suggestion was a little more outdoor lighting! Hooks in bedroom bathroom. Pool lights on during day but off at night?”

“Upon arrival , the deck is in terrible shape and dirty, furniture is rusty and seating pads are moldy and torn. Going into the residence, things were “in order”, but were dusty and floors were stained and dirty, also there was no place to put your toiletries ( hanging up towels after use, no place for tooth cleaning, or hairbrush etc..), Also, we had a problem with the wi fi, came back on Wed. No internet, reached out to host was told it was an outage, would be taken care of, on Thursday , he……

“Very clean. Just needed a place to sleep as I was on business. Very surprised and disappointed there was no basic cable. Hot water for shower was an issue. Very clean place though”

“Clean room, host was super quick with responding with help.”
