The space
Welcome to your private oasis! Nestled on a spacious, tree-covered lot, this tropical retreat offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience—just 20 minutes from Jacó and 45 minutes from Manuel Antonio.

The property features two fully equipped homes, a resort-size pool, and over 800 feet of decks—ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or spotting local wildlife like scarlet macaws and tree iguanas.

The Main House
Perfect for up to 4 guests, the main house includes:

• 2 ensuite bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a private bathroom
• An additional half bath
• A full kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with a Smart TV
• Laundry room and sunroom
• A spacious deck overlooking the pool and tropical trees—great for morning coffee or sunset cocktails

The Guest House
Also sleeping up to 4, this private second home features:

• A loft bedroom with an attached half bath and private terrace
• A full bathroom on the main level
• A kitchen and living room with a king-size sleeper sofa
• A breakfast bar and an outdoor dining area on the attached deck

Guest access
Guests will have access to both houses, the rancho, parking area and pool as well as the many terraces and decks. There is one closet in the main house guests will not have access to.
Other things to note
The guest house staircase is rather steep and is not recommended for those with mobility issues.

This house is in a neighborhood, therefore parties are not permitted and quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am
