「The location was great! We took an uber to Universal Studios, it was roughly an 8 minute ride. Drivers were readily available. The property was clean, well stocked, and cozy for a small family. We had a great trip and the host was responsive and pleasant.」

「Booking cancelled by the host 10 days before scheduled stay, citing "Environmental impact Due to unexpected environmental events such as earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters, the property is no longer safe or suitable for guests. Your safety is our top priority.". The property was still available on nearby dates of my cancelled stay.」

「The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties.」

「The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place」

「We loved everything about this property. It was safe, clean and very comfortable. The location was also nice. With in walking distance to Santee Alley which is just fun to experience. Was definitely easy to get around. The only “down side” was the parking was a bit tricky HOWEVER so great that it was included on our stay. And the roof top pool was the *chefs kiss* to it all!」

「Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again!」
