“Looking at this property you might wonder why it is not more expensive. The building is lovely, the apartment is gorgeous, and the host leaves niceties like ear plugs and toothbrushes. The answer is the location. It is in an area of downtown that has not been gentrified, and considering the close proximity of the state subsidized housing it is somewhat unlikely it will be soon. “This 2 bedroom space seems to have been recently updated and we found it very comfortable! It has huge TVs in every room with a large eat-in kitchen. I didn’t realize that it was on the second floor which was difficult for my husband, who uses a cane, to get up and down the stairs. If I had known, I probably would have chosen another place for our visit simply to make it more convenient for his needs.
