“"The staff is very helpful. However, the hotel's infrastructure is not up to standard. The WiFi is extremely slow, especially at night. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged, and no action was taken even after we complained."”

“Large, well appointed room. Good bathroom with decent shower. Good breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Good central location, but away from major street noise. Private parking. While the exterior sound proofing was good, there was a bit of noise from above, particularly when the occupants seemed to constantly drag the furniture around on the hard floors. Electricity stopped working in my room - but the hotel called an electrician and it was sorted (with a temporary fix) after about……

“Odalardan ve otleden bahsetmeye değer tek şey müdürün ilgisi, sorun çözme hızı”

“房間內無冷氣機，櫃台提供了電風扇，解決白天較熱的問題。”

“Otelin kahvaltısı çok zayıf. Odalar sigara kokuyor”

“The hotel staff were very friendly and all my questions were answered. This is important to me because traveling by public transport in Türkiye requires asking many people. Everything in the room was nice and I liked the big trash can in the room as many hotel trash cans are very small. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is in the city center, very convenient to go anywhere.”

“Çok temiz ve insani olarak mükemmel insanlardı yardımsever”

“Rooms very clean, staff was very friendly, location super convenient, cheap taxi to Palandöken. The breakfast was very basic, the lady who serves it does great job but the hotel needs to invest some more money on it so the menu can be compared to Istanbul hotels of the same price category. To buy coffee machine would be a great idea. The shower was leaking, they did some repair but it doesn’t look professional.”

“Erzurum Palandöken kayak alanına yakışan bir otel. Erzuruma has yemekleri çok nefis. Personel çok iyi. Oteldeki bakım tutum üst düzey.”

“Çalışanları iyi”

“I got there very late, everywhere closed and I couldnt exchange m”

“This is what is called a business man’s hotel. Very plain but everything we needed, including helpful staff, was provided.”

“Chambres sales, mauvaise connexion wiifii, petit déjeuner fini avant l'horaire indiqué.”
