"Our visit started with check in giving us the bare minimum information. Told me my credit card would be charged $50 for resort fee and then proceeded to hand me my key. Doesn’t say what floor or anything. We had to figure it out. Made it upstairs to our room and noticed the floor was dirty. It was so dirty that we had to wipe our feet before we got into bed. All in all the bedding and shower were clean. We couldn’t get into the gym because the door was jammed. A visitor who is a locksmith had to pry it open. Then at 3 am I noticed a charge on my card for $25. I had to call and ask and was greeted with a I don’t know what you are talking about and we close charges at 3am. Thank you Mahmoud for your kind customer service at 3am. I’m kidding. Would I return? No."

"Location is great. Lots of things in the area. It is right on the beach so easy walk to the water. Pool was nice. Room appeared to be pretty clean. Only issue was upon check-in. We were supposed to have a room that would sleep five and they gave us a room that only slept for so we had to go back down and get that adjusted. Also, we asked for extra blankets and they only gave us one and said that was all they had. Had to go back down the next night to get another one. I think extra blanket should be provided in condos like this. Other than that, I would stay here again."

"Amazing outdoor areas with beautiful tropical landscaping and huge banyan trees. Lots of beautiful sitting areas and hammocks. Very impressed with the whole experience. Will definitely consider staying again if in the area."

"The property is old but it’s okay for a short stay. Our room has a fridge and a microwave so that’s a plus. The hair dryer is the cheap kind and works on low heat. It might not work if you have thick or long hair. The room set up is quite decent. We had a king bed, there’s a good sized desk that you can use for work desk or for eating. And there’s another big chair that semi-reclines. Air-conditioning works well. If you just need a place with a clean bed and shower and nothing fancy, it’ll do. "

"Beautiful hotel with attentive staff. Loved our room with partial ocean views. We loved the beach and loved that we had chairs with umbrella at no extra charge. Drink and food service on the beach was excellent. We will definitely be making this a regular Florida vacation spot."
