“I am STILL waiting on a resolution to my failed stay at this property. We drove 12 hours to arrive at the property for the door code not to work. We couldn't access the space and waited 40 minutes before i finally reached out to a new hotel and booked a hotel. I didnt stay here and disappointed , i am requesting a refund. ”

Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the host was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the subway and 15 minutes walk to Central Park.Overall, a very positive experience—I would happily stay here again!”

“The property is well-equipped with just the essentials. The location is not the best if you are an outsider (especially at nights). And be prepared for two sets of staircases if you arrive with large or lots of luggage pieces.”

“We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman.……
