We couldn’t get in. The box with the key was broken. Only after an hour the box would open. Personal from Wien changed the room for us so we could get a key from the other key box. It would be a good idea to have a spare key somewhere.

Self check in went horribly wrong. Property did not email the security code to enter the building. Called the “emergency” contact number, no answer! Waited outside the building until a helpful young man staying at the property alerted the housekeeping of our problem. Maria came down, verified we were legitimate and let us in. Took awhile to get access code and key to room, but Maria was very professional and resolved the matter. Maria gets the 5 stars!

First of all, the most inconvenient thing was that there was no reception. The hotel left a contact number, but I did not answer the phone and did not even call back. I stayed for 6 days, but there was no hot water for 2 days, and the plumbing was so old that rust was coming out. I have visited this area many times for business, but this was the worst, and if I visit this area again next time, I will definitely choose this place as my last choice when other hotels are unavailable.
I booked a double room where I could work on my laptop, but it was not reflected.
If you look at the water, you will see black rust.
I use a travel shower head with a filter and at first it was pure white and then it changed to this.

Das Zimmer 206 verfügt nur über eine Dachluke, dafür jedoch über eine gute Klimaanlage. Der große Fernseher im Zimmer hatte kein Signal und somit nicht zum Fernsehen nutzbar. Handseife im Bad war leer und musste montiert werden. Die bereitgestellten Kaffeekapsel und Kaffeemilch wurde leider durch den Zimmerservice nicht nachgefüllt. Gute Lage zur Innenstadt und preislich in Ordnung, wenn man nur übernachtet.

Finger weg, Keine Reaktion auf E-Mails und auch Hotels.com hat versucht, sie zu erreichen, aber sie reagieren einfach nicht. Ich hatte eine Fehlbuchung weit in der Zukunft und wollte es umlegen, direkt nach der Buchung. Hier haben sie sich absichtlich nicht gemeldet. Ich hätte es akzeptiert, wenn Sie mir das Geld nicht zurückgezahlt hätten aber überhaupt keine Reaktion ist eine Frechheit. Sehr schlechter Service nicht zu empfehlen
