Spacious loft located in Pasturo, a few steps from the Valsassina cycle path, ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for nature and comfort.
The apartment is located on the third and last floor of a building, whose first two levels house a parapharmacy and medical offices, while the last two are dedicated to tourist accommodation. Beware that there is no elevator! Together with the other apartment in the building, it can accommodate up to 21 people. At the back, a large private square allows free parking for more than ten cars.
From the loft windows you can enjoy a magnificent view of the valley and the bike path, easily accessible on foot. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket and an equipped picnic area, with games for children and mini golf.
The loft, which can accommodate up to 9 people, is on one level with attic ceilings that give character and warmth to the rooms. It is accessed by a private staircase that leads to a large living area with kitchenette, relaxation area with fireplace, dining table and sofa. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms: a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, two bedrooms with an additional double and single bed. The two bathrooms are respectively equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet, one of which also houses the laundry area with washing machine.
Every room is designed to ensure maximum comfort: quality mattresses, Wi-Fi, kitchen equipped with dishes, microwave, stove, coffee machine, kettle. In the living area, dining table and flat-screen TV; in the bathrooms, hairdryer and washing machine; iron and ironing board and drying rack are also available.
Upon arrival you will find the house ready to welcome you with bed linen and towel sets for all guests, as well as a welcome kit with oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing detergent and toilet paper.

The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.
City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
