"The restaurants were very good in quality of food. Breakfast was not bad. Clients kept touching the breads and other items and putting food back on the buffet and the staff said nothing to the customers even after we complained. There was one staff member, his name was Khrishna,(i think, but not too sure) from Varanasi, and he was exemplary in service and manner. He served us dinner the night before at the roof top restaurant and then the next morning we meet him helping out in the
breakfast area. He was amazing. "

"Staff are polite and mean well but
- rooms were not cleaned well
- despite 3 of us being in a room, only 2 towels were provided daily
- in the morning we would ask for baby milk and take away lattes, it would take 30-45min to arrive and even then there would be mistakes in the order
Decent size rooms and proximity to the mall are the only advantage. "

"The room was decent, problem 1, once you open your window you have trash in the empty lot in front and the roof of what it looks it’s a hallway, that is not in good conditions. Also, there is a glass window between the shower and the bedroom which has a curtain that was full of mold. The walls of the room need some TLC and paint, in addition, a prior guest left a souvenir in the wall next to the lamp, let say a piece of booger in the wall. The drainage of the AC was dripping trough one of the lights. I know this is too long, but I think that problem is maintenance, because otherwise the room was great, nice size, and decent bathroom."
