The apartment overlooked a nice pool, bar and restaurant area. It was a very beautiful setting. The pool was fantastic and the inclusion of pool towels was appreciated. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were good. Plenty of parking available. The downsides were the expensive prices of the on site restaurant, the complex being located up a steep hill which made walking anywhere difficult and the site manager being offsite which particularly affected us on our last day where we had to leave early. We had tried to pre-arrange to be met on site to hand over our keys but the site manager wasn't there to meet us and we ended up being late with our departure. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Great value for money accomodation. Very spacious rooms more like apartments with nice large balconies and living areas. Pool area is lovely clean and tidy. Quiet place with relaxed atmosphere staff were lovely. Only downside is the very steep hill you have to climb to reach the property followed by 4 flights of stairs to reach our room on the 4th floor, there is no lift which was abit of a struggle with 6 people and alot of luggage.

I stayed in 2 king bedroom 1 queen bunkbed. The unit was so spacious and home-y. All of us had a great time at this place. The pictures look a little more run down than it actually is. AC in every room living room. They provided cleaning service everyday, left water bottles for us everyday. 10-15 mins cab drive from central patong.
