Very nice budget hotel! Free breakfast daily and snacks in room. Walking distance Jungceylon and Bangla street about 10mins. The good thing is hotel offer rental for bike for only 170 Baht/day ! I will come back again if I go to Phuket in future.

DON'T BOOK THIS GUESTHOUSE!!! Our expedia reservation was re-confirmed by both sides a couple of days prior to our arrival by e-mail. We told that we would arrive late and asked for twin beds. We received an answer that twin beds will be prepared for us. Everything seemed to be fine. But when we arrived there after midnight we had to find out that our room was already sold to someone else!! The reception guy who barely spoke English told us that Expedia cancelled our reservation because we apparently used a fake credit card. He even showed us a screenshot of the cancellation. After calling Expedia we found out that no cancellation has been made by Expedia. Expedia thankfully took care of the problem and at 4 pm we finally could check in a hotel accross the road. We will never ever book the SR Residence again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Très sympathique

Bravo et merci au personnel , ils sont jeunes , aimables , souriants , compétents . Hotel en impasse pour bien dormir , chambre , salle de bain spacieuses , armoire , coffre .climatisation impeccable . Propreté rien à redire . Plage , centre commercial , Bangla road à 10/15 minutes à pied .Location de scooter à l hotel ou à toute proximité . PETIT déjeuner , café , pain grillé confiture , miel etc...simple mais bien , à consommer sur la terrasse . Demandez leur ils vous aideront toujours avec le sourire. Encore merci au personnel d l hôtel .

Room is nothing like that advertised on Expedia

The room we booked looked nothing like the photos on Expedia. I would go so far as to say the photos on Expedia were photo shopped.

Localização boa, mas rua suja

É um bom hotel. Os funcionários fazem tudo pra ajudar, mas a rua é bem suja. Parece que a limpeza demora a passar. Mas pelo preço se vc tem uma scooter eu recomendo

Five star service with a very cheap price

The residence is in very good condition. The best was the front desk people providing everything you need and always very nice. On arrival they gave us cold drink and a cold towel. There was a free bk every day.

DONT STAY HERE IF YOU SPEAK ENGLISH!

Hotel kicked us out stating we would receive a refund. A refund was never received. Here is an actual email from the owner -Stop doing this! Don't forget that we have your copy of passport. If don't stop, we will go to police station and sue you. Moreover, we won't refund anything to you. If you keep doing this, we will make sure that you will have a hard time leaving Thailand. We don't care that you work with google or not. We can sue you and check the ip address and the source of the review. The hotel chase us to our new hotel and threatened my pregnant wife and I with prison for leaving a one star review. If you are american stay away from this place. They will steal your money and then threaten you with prison!

Excellent hotel in the town area

This hotel is stratergically located near to the centre of patong town as well as the beach. The front desk team was very helpful and friendly with excellent english proficiency.

Horrible,paid but told hotel is FULL&not refunded

I made a booking, pay for it in full, and they tell me the hotel is full when I check in. I never get to stay and now after almost 2 months I've still to get my refund back. Hotels.com told me the hotel never responded to their calls and email. Good luck to those who plan to book this hotel. What a horrible experience.

Quartier calme mais c'est Patong... Personnel peu aimable, parlant très peu l'anglais. Nous avons vu des insectes (araignées + cafard) dans la chambre. Nous deconseillons ou alors il faut fermer les yeux.

해변에서 너무 멀다

정실론까지 걸어서 20분 파통해변까진 30분 걸립니다. 오토바이 렌트하려면 250바트 달라하고요.주변에서 정류소가 없어서 시가 2배에 주유해야 합니다. 파타야도 치앙마이도 안그런데 푸켓만 기분 나쁠정도로 현지인들이 돈만 밝힙니다. 암튼 걷기 자신있고 돈은 없는 사람은 묵어도 괜찮을듯 하네요.
