“The customer service here cannot be beat, but the actual facilities are in need of dire repairs. My room was not clean, it was dusty, a cleaning rag was left in it, and there was just a lack of cleaning. The shower and bed were clean, so I did not make a fuss because I was exhausted, but this room was not worth the fees they charge. The hotel is in need of dire upgrades. It looks like they've updated the main facilities, but the guest rooms are in dire need of upgrades and repairs. ”
