“The place is seriously dated and in need of upgrades. My curtains were torn and unusable and with the sun beating in on one of those 100 degree days I was nonplussed. A quick discussion with the very accommodating desk clerk had the curtain “fixed” in no time (still needed replacement because it now couldn’t be opened - Lol.) Needed to find a plug and looked behind the nightstand - quite dusty. Breakfast was pretty ok. Staff who checked me out was quite personable. So 10 for the staff,……

“Absolutely horrendous experience. Place smelled like mildew with some air freshener trying to mask it.
HORRIBLE staff. From rude front desk workers to valets insisting on cash tips at drop off, I haven’t had that bad of service I don’t think ever.
Room was filthy and dangerous and my son actually injured himself in the bathroom twice.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I don’t normally write these, but someone needs to tell everyone. This place isn’t that much cheaper than the graduate. Go there……

“Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00.
Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.”

“Room accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped and served. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! It was well supplied and had a wonderful variety. The service people kept all the offering full and available.
On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??”
