Great location for family vacation

This condo was a perfect layout for a multi generational family trip. We had two couples and one family of four in the group and each family had its own space and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn't cook much. The unit is very conveniently located to parking and the neighborhood pool. It was great having a grocery store and a few restaurants right up the street also. Convenient location to other amenities like beach access a short drive away. We did wish it had been more clearly communicated what all we had access to at check-in as we probably would have taken advantage of more if we had known from the start. One note is that this is a downstairs unit, so you can definitely hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. It was never disruptive, but was quite noticeable. Overall, we had a fabulous time and would definitely return!

Great vacation!

Tidelife was wonderful to work with, answered all questions quickly and professionally. Check in/out process was a breeze. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. Nice proximity to the pool on site that very nice. Access to Litchfield by the Sea was convenient and a great beach area. Close to restaurants, golf, grocery store and more! Great overall experience!

Great group setting

We were a group of 3 couples visiting the Pawley's Island area for a wedding and wanted to stay together. The condo was a good location for all wedding events and gave us a chance to visit together during the wedding down-time.

Spacious with lots of amenities

This property is very spacious and worked well for our family group of 8 adults and a 11 month old infant. One of our group was elderly with restricted mobility and the close parking, single level, ground entry, and overall layout worked well for her. The pool is just across the street which made it very convenient. The property managers provided a $250 credit for beach gear that was delivered to the unit just before we arrived and was picked up the morning we left. We used the credit for 3 large beach umbrellas and 4 folding beach chairs. This rental also provides a pass to the Litchfield By The Sea, a private resort community with beach access and a larger pool and beach observation deck area. Although not located on the beach, it is only a short easy drive. It is very conveniently located to grocery shopping and restraunts.

Roomy and comfortable

Check-in and checkout were a breeze. Condo is very large with good space between each bedroom. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked, with a mini fridge cabinet and counter area between the 2 bedrooms with the jack and Jill bathroom. Bad storm went through and we felt very safe in this sturdy unit. It is not walking distance to the beach, but nice bike paths and golf course nearby

Wedding Week

There were 8 of us staying at this property over the course of 10 days for our daughters wedding at Pawleys Plantation. Beautiful area to stay in! Condo was better than expected & when other family came over to visit there was plenty of room, very open floor plan & bedrooms are large. Lots of paths for walking & biking too. 1/2 a mile from grocery store, liquor store & places to eat & drink! Beach access was great & although we couldn’t walk (about a mile away) and we weren’t allowed to rent golf carts (big bummer) it was awesome.

Beautiful home in a great location

My family and our friends we went during the labor day weekend. The location of the house is perfect. There are so many restaurants and grocery stores in less than 10-15 minutes. You have many options to choose from. Grocery store - Publix, Bi Lo, Fresh market, Walmart are close by The house as such was very clean and spacious. Cons - the recliner sofas are old and requires to be replaced. The recliner just comes out at a small touch of our foot. The cookware provided some of them are burnt and old. Definitely not good for health and not hygienic to cook in this. The showers are very slow pressure. Beach- the house property you get access pass to the beach on the opposite side of the property. Pool - just outside of the house. But it was closed due to COVID safety measures. Otherwise this would have been a great advantage for us. Huge backyard for kids to play and dog to play as well. Everyone in my group enjoyed their stay and would consider coming back (but definitely requires all the replacements mentioned above)

Excellent property

Rented Friday am for Tuesday to Sunday morning. Emma in the office is an angel. Having a private beach was amazing. Bummed the pool was closed (damn covid). Needs a bigger trash can, a waffle maker, kitchen linens, and thicker shower curtain liners.
