    Enjoy a relaxing Pawleys Island getaway at the Guess House, a classic beach cottage with ocean views and a spacious south-side screened porch. The main level features three bedrooms (Queen, 2-Doubles, Double & Twin), one full bath, a comfortable living room with a remote-controlled split A/C unit, premium cable, and window A/C units in each bedroom. A washer and dryer are located on the ground level, and the large lot provides ample boat parking.

    For larger groups, a separate ground-level apartment is available from April through November (space heaters only) for an additional rental charge and cleaning fee. The apartment includes two bedrooms (Queen, 2-Twins), one bath, a full kitchen, and living area, offering extra space and privacy for family and friends.

    Simple, comfortable, and conveniently located, Guess House is the perfect spot for making unforgettable Pawleys Island memories. Dog-Friendly with non-refundable fee. (one dog only). No Smoking or Vaping.
