This condo is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout. Many updates and renovations throughout including furnishings, decor, light fixtures, LV Plank flooring, top of the line Whirlpool stainless appliances, and much more. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a sliding door that opens to the balcony and view. CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
