"A/C in unit started making loud snapping/clicking sounds in the middle of the night and would not stop even after unplugging the unit, completely ruining my sleep. Smoke alarm also went off multiple times while I was showering, apparently triggered by the steam, waking up the neighbors. I had good stays at this hotel before, this was a disappointing experience "

"Jessica’s home was perfect for what we needed. It was like home away from home. Had all the amenities. Our dogs could roam the yard without worry of them getting out. We look forward to staying here again."
