“Ottima location, hotel molto accogliente, pulito e con tutti i servizi necessari. Personale cordiale e ottima colazione. Ci tornerei!”

“Property and staff were excellent”

“Super friendly staff and in a great location. Modern, clean and spacious.”

“This place blew us away. We have stayed all over the world in hotels that cost a lot more money or similar. The experience here was absolutely top notch. The receptionist and other staff were so helpful and so sweet. We were so impressed by the level of service and how friendly everyone was. Such a great experience. We will send all our friends and family here. Exceptional.”

“This hotel is genuinely quite exquisite. One of the most beautiful I have visited in over thirty years of world travel. The actual setting, experienced amidst the Autumn hues, is genuinely stunning. The walk around the lake was a moment of peaceful heaven each morning and evening, the grounds are immaculate, and there are incredible views from all areas of the restaurant and bar, and the rooms are very pretty, with spacious bathrooms, some with small gardens and others even floating out in the……

“Perfect place! The only setback is the restaurant service outside, which was ultra slow and subpar, but anything else is top notch. Would stay again.”

“Nice hotel n great locations. Nice balcony and view 😁”

“Personnel et lieu agréable”

“Small room and bathroom with a small shower that does not shield water well. The floor is very watery after the shower. There’s room to improve.”

“This is a lovely hotel situated on the main street leading down to the small beach at Port Vieux , Biarritz. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and a welcome drink ( glass of sangria ) , which was a nice touch. Rooms compact but very cosy with good bathroom and very comfortable bed . Decent breakfast included in the price . 2 minutes walk to coast , and excellent restaurants nearby .Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any friends who were visiting Biarritz.”

“Great location near to the beach, bars and restaurants. We had chosen this hotel as the room description stated there was a mini fridge, however this was not the case which made it difficult to store milk for our baby.”

“The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.”
