“The host famy are very nice people and explained everything well. The house is light and welcoming. The outside area has a great pool and the garden is large with various seating options. We especially enjoyed eating outside at the large table. It is advertised as 9 people but realistically two beds were on the floor, so suits 7 perfectly. We very much appreciated the late check out due to no booking following us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“When we arrived at Chotelle we were greeted by Herve the concierge who took us around the property proving all the information we needed to know. We were all open mouthed when we stepped in the main entrance. The photos on the website did not do it justice.La Chotelle is a glorious place to stay with plenty of amenities to keep young and old happy.The description of bedrooms arrangements however need to have better descriptions and information. The unsteady spiral staircase made one bedroom……

“All that we could have wished for. A lovely home in sparkling condition in a great location. Lots to do locally with special beaches a 20-30 minute drive away but we spent most of our time relaxing by the super pool housed outside the kitchen door. Perfect!”

“Superbe séjour dans cette belle Villa et son parc remarquable. La piscine est géniale et les enfants en ont bien profité. Un vrai bol d air pur à la campagne dans cette maison tout confort sans oublier une escapade aux Sables d Olonne pour la Vendée Va'a à trente minute à peine. Je recommande vivement cette belle location dans laquelle nous avons passé un trés bon moment.”
