“Satisfied with everything”

“The property was very clean and all the staff were amazing. They always had fresh coffee available and the continental breakfast is just what we needed. We will definitely be back.”

“Of course it was Boulder, CO so I had to pay a high price but I expected more value. The property was convieniently located and was basically kept clean. The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. This sort of problem shows up in several areas of the room as well. The staff was helpful but always seemed to be somewhere else when you went to the front……

“Nice hotel. Facility and decor were dated. No room service/towel change. The big kicker was that there is no A/C! Staff (who were all very nice) seemed as if this is normal for ski resorts? I'm not sure, but I definitely didn't see it on the listing. The room was uncomfortably hot, so much so that we had trouble sleeping. The box fan provided as a solution dried our sinuses out and made for a sniffly trip. Would not stay again, for the price/value.”

“Patty and Tiffany are amazing. We had travel issues with two kids and they went out of their way to fix things. Made a hard time easier. The location of the place is great. Across from an awesome creek. Charming little motel.”

“Nice hotel casino, Decent restaurants. Housekeeping could be better. Apparently you have to request service which we did and still had to stop housekeeping staff in the hallway for fresh towels and other amenities.”
