“It is a cute small house, neat and tidy. There were 3 adult women who stayed together. One found the couch conversion to a bed, uncomfortable and bunked with one of us. Could has used a few more things in the kitchen, only 2 forks, 1 roll of paper towels, not much for cooking utensils or oven mitts. A few extras would have made it an exceptional stay. Same in the bathroom, no shampoo, but a small bottle of conditioner. Only 1 roll of TP for 3 people for 5 nights. We bought many more supplies and……

“This property was hands down gorgeous. There was enough room for everyone. The pool was amazing. The host was amazing. There was a few gnats, but it’s the beach so that was to be expected. Not so much of a pest to ruin our time. The pool is not heated and we didn’t mind at all. It was hot enough outside for us to just dive in. Honestly I miss this place already! I have been singing this property praises to whoever would listen, lol”

“Beds are very comfy. House was clean and bedding was fresh. Trees in back yard have grown up quite a bit since pictures but it was still a nice backyard sitting area. May need to change cushions out on the outdoor furniture as a pet has chewed them. But they are still usable.”

“Family of 7 getting together for a long weekend celebrating a college graduation. House is perfect for a group or a family. We loved the layout. The master sheets were the most comfortable sheets I have slept on in perhaps my whole life!! Pool was a lot of fun. Lots of seating areas so we were able to spread out whenever we wanted. We had a couple hiccups the very first day but Erica our host was Johnny on the spot and had such fantastic communication and handled our issues without hesitation!……

“This property was nice but it was obvious renovations were quickly done to hide the drawbacks of property. There was no iron and the cleaners did not do a good job preparing for the next tenant. Trash not emptied, towels not available, insufficient toilet paper and leftover food in refigerator. Other than stated things, nice overnight stay.”

“Home away from home, a warm and spacious house, high ceilings, with a large kitchen counter for gathering and cooking, large windows, a cozy garden with a pool. Very charming and clean house. The host is very responsive to any needs you may have during your stay that are not available. His concern stemming from the past with an overpopulation of occupants and the way they have left the house is charging an extra deposit as you complete the booking. This is to protect his interest for future……

“My youngest son graduated from Rice Univ and so my husband and two older children stayed at the house during our visit! The rooms were great-each has their own tv, the beds are REALLY comfortable, bath towels are super absorbent, and there is bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided. The owners are quick to respond to questions and initiated to make sure that our stay was going well once we areived. We really appreciated their care and concern. “I went here on a retreat with 8th graders. The property was clean and well prepared. The recreational equipment was all in good order. The kitchen was adequate for cooking feeding a large group. The place would also be excellent for a reunion site. The decking, chairs and outside was spectacular with abundant seating areas in great condition.”

“We selected this condo as a central location for multiple events of a family wedding. It was quite spacious and allowed our family of 5 plenty of room to relax and rest between events. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed delicious meals from several of the multitude of restaurants in the area. Special shoutout to the Burger Bodega. Atliano was always responsive when we reached out with questions. I would recommend the listing be updated to reflect that the beds are queens, not kings,……

“The bungalow was as described except there was no spa/whirlpool (and we did not expect one). All in all a good experience! Good A/C. Nice to have the yard with our pups. Looked to be newly readied for VRBO and having sustained some flooding? Needs more window coverings to block out light from street in front bedroom and windows on side front. Towel bars, nightstand and lamps with bulbs would be great. Something going on under kitchen sink on disposal side? Coffee maker was not cleaned after last……
