"The stay was great, except the hotel needs blackout curtains. If you are like us we like to sleep in darkness. The lights right outside the rooms are so bright it’s exactly the same as if you had a light on in the room (we actually did this). Staff is great, hotel is nice, but those lights are really bright. Not the hotel’s fault, and Helen, the manager, even provided a check in gift as a gesture of good will. Thank you to Kyle for honoring a last minute request and for the excellent customer service."

"The staff was incredible however there were toe nail clippings on the floor when we arrived. Also the restaurant above us was very loud until late and early in the AM. The view was obstructed by a very large TV. But mostly the cleanliness of the room was a big issue."
