“Great rsort”

“Paid extra for a sea view, it seemed that the better rooms with a proper sea view and higher floors required an upgrade when you check in, which they kept pushing. Most of the pools were closed or dirty. The hotel is on the flight path. We had a junior suite and this has a window to a corridor, so anyone walking past looks in at the bed. Then you also have to pay extra for parking, resort fees and tax, so will have to add $60 per night to the hotel cost. ”

“King Oceanfront Room was spacious, clean, and updated with wooden floors. We requested the safe in the room to be fixed twice, but still did not work. The entrance door panel was broken and hanging the whole time we stayed. The bathroom was spacious, and the towels were thick and soft. The shower pressure was excellent. The king bed was very comfortable, the sheets were soft, and the comforter was perfect. The lazy river was quite dirty, but we spent most of our time at the beach. The adult pool……

“Everything was good, the kids had a great time in the pool! The only thing could have been better was the cleaning could have done a bit better overall the stay was decent and the rooms and condons are very spacious ”

“While this motel is indeed, beachfront, it isn't a place we'll stay again. Noisy and sketchy appearing clientele and some things that need attention. Positives: room was spacious and had a full size refrigerator, toaster and microwave. Front office staff was courteous, efficient and warm. Not so positive: Motel was far from full yet loud. Motorcycle started and revved to the max starting at 11:00 pm, room above us noisy with dog who seldom stopped running; angry man pounding on our room at……

“Could not see the beach.”

“The room was very nice. Large area. It took a while to figure out how to work the thermostat controls and get the temperature to a comfortable area. The heat was a bit spotty in the living room area vs say the bedroom. The fireplace helped with living room heating. The comoliment of kitchenette dishes was sufficient for the time stayed. I did have a couple critical comments. Bei g on the 1st floor I could clearly hear the sales presentation of the other IHG owned property. It made sleeping in,……

“The hotel's sound insulation is not very good, but the overall price/performance ratio is OK.”

“We had an Ocean view room when we arrived to the hotel. We did not know the hotel we arrived to was not our original hotel so we were really upset before we even got to experience it. We stayed in the beachfront rooms. It was very musky when you walk in very dusty. Our bed did have a bug in it and a few hairs that were not ours on the pillows. When we pulled the covers back to inspect the sink in the bathroom was very dirty. It looked like black mold. Coming from it we had to go by cleaning……

“It was a great view! We slept with the door open all night just to hear the beach. There were definitely some remodel blemishes and we kept having issues with the tv. I'd say overall it was a great place especially for the price compared to other beach front stays ”

“Host was RUDE!! Water park was not functional so they sent us to "sister hotels" to their water park and it wasn't functional. The water in the rooms did not get hot AT ALL. Cold showers for everyone! There was a random man walking down the sidewalks with a knife!! Ocean racape is actoss the street from the hotel that you have to check in at. I do not recommend staying here. The only good thing was yhe size of the pool at a sister hotel. You have to drive to the sister hotel to swim. ”

“Didnt use the pools we went for the beach view & from our room all we seen was beach for miles, For a budget friendly vacation you couldnt ask for anything any better. I loved the staff they were very helpful and friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed! The building hasnt been updated but thats why its so budget friendly so as far as im concerned they dont need to update a thing i love it the way it is. The pools were accessible they have 2 diffrent ones i seen both outdoors but who……
