“The house was a lovely property with plenty of space inside and out. All the amenities you could ask for. The only negative was the mattress in the double bed and the two single beds were firm and uncomfortable and I would suggest purchasing a mattress topper or some new mattresses as this was the only negative that we experienced. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. ”

“A very nice place to stay”

“Lovely quiet location with fabulous lake views . The room was spotless . Staff friendly and helpful”

“The cottage was exceptionably clean and looked exactly as advertised. The views are fabulous as is the wildlife and surrounding area. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Loved the patio doors in the living area and having so many opening windows throughout. Great powerful shower too. The hosts, live on the working farm and are all lovely and friendly. It was lovely waking up to the sound of the dawn virus and the steep bleating. Would definitely recommend this……

“The atmosphere of this home is a bit more beautiful than the description. It is an easy walk to the town center and its Shakespearean dominance. Later in the day and back in the patio with the vast open space of the race track, one can get the best sound of silence possible, with the beautiful scene and distant figures having their daily stroll.”

“Visited in June with 2 girlfriends for 50th birthday trip. The cottage was perfect for our needs. We each had our own bedroom. One definitely needs to be nimble enough to manage the staircase and the low ceilings on the top floor but we had no issues. The host was quick to respond to any questions/needs. The amenities were excellent - record player, fully furnished kitchen and the lovely outdoor seating area in back. We had morning tea & coffee out there and wine in the evenings. Location……

“Beautiful and well maintained cottage. Would love to visit again.”

“Travelled with family. Easy access to lock box outside. Spacious. Lovely 3 bedroom charactered house. Good location. En-suite bedroom on first floor with 4 poster bed with TV. Top floor have two bedrooms, would be perfect if there is another TV upstairs too for the children! Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher. Very pleased about the deep bath ! ”

“This was a fantastic place to stay: clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location just around the corner from Shakespeare’s Birthplace. Although it is in the pedestrian-friendly walking district, parking was still easy and convenient. And the location is great for exploring town. The host provided excellent directions for getting in, which made arrival simple and stress-free. The space had a very nice layout and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. Overall, it was an extremely convenient……

“The property is perfect for staying. Large space compare to the price, Worm inside, Wide kitchen, everything is good. But otherwise WiFi signal is kind of weak so it's small minus point. Since they are not stated "WiFi" on the ammenities, may be most of customers expect strong WiFi during their stays.”

“The studio was perfect for break away. It was well appointed, so clean and beautifully set up. We rented e-bikes in the area from All Cotswolds Bike Rental and they brought the bikes to us! It was a wonderful holiday!”

“The little cottage is a lovely place to stay and within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and shopping. The host had excellent communication and would respond immediately. The property was clean everything was in great condition. It's small, so would be perfect for 1-2 people.”
