「it was a short conversation when I checked in. The front desk asked for my ID copy and credit card, did not mention other things like breakfast arrangement, nearby restaurant info if we are interested. The breakfast is very basic, even did not have hot oatmeal. Its location is good.」

「We reserved 2 rooms a month ago, asked to be nearby instead were on 2 different floors. Room 2 had sand in the sheets and dirt on cover. Called front desk, was given new sheets, wrong size and had to change ourselves since room cleaning gone for day. Front desk should have offered to change the bed!! Other room was fine. Breakfast was really good, very well kept up with refills. Breakfast room could have been bigger.」

「Our room was dark and the light on the wall was not working. There was a standing lamp but no outlet to plug it into, so we made do with two desk lamps. The bathroom was a little shabby but the bed was comfortable and clean and the woman at the desk was really nice and friendly. The AC also worked well.」

「The stay was above superior with amenities such as free pontoon rides, happy hour with wine and cheese, as well as all day fruit bowl and evening cookies. All part of the stay. Breakfast is served restaurant style either in their seating area or outside in many scenic areas to choose from. This place is local to the main town with many places to walk, including the beach. The hotel also offers free bikes to ride locally to enjoy this beautiful bayside town. Worth every dollar.」

「Overall a fair 3 star stay. The room was a bit old, flat feather pillows were not for a good nights sleep at all and the chair at the desk looked like it had lost a fight with a pack of wolves. For the most part it was clean and ok. The staff were super nice and respectful. The restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal however. With some updating this would be a much better stay for the money, but I would certainly be comfortable staying again in the future.」

「I stay here quarterly, when I come to town on business. They upgraded the waiting area with work spaces that included a small built in tv and table. I love the free washer and drier, convenient cafe with friendly help, quiet rooms with large tv and desk as well as loveseat and large ottoman. Plenty of parking and close to Italian restaurants, new Dunkin, Friendly's, and a nice steak house just around the corner and a short walk. I like the flavored ice water and chocolate chip cookies near...
