Amazing Family Holiday

We had an excellent, relaxing family holiday. The Vila was homem from home. I would highly recommend hiring a car due to the beautiful remote location. We would recommend visiting Moraria, Javea, VillaJoyosa and Playa Santa Ana. The caves and local gardens are great for a family day out. We had a fantastic time.

Super mooi huis. Heel luxe en schoon. Javier is een geweldige gastheer. Hij reageert direct bij vragen via Whatsapp en dat is heel fijn. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in het huis aanwezig. Fijn en schoon zwembad, prachtig uitzicht. In één woord:GENIETEN

Goldener Oktober in Spanien

Alles prima. Nur an den kalten Pool haben wir uns nicht gewöhnt. Bei Problemen wurde sofort reagiert.

Fijn verblijf in uitstekende accommodatie

Goed gezellig ingericht. Alles wat je nodig denkt te hebben is aanwezig. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Zeer vriendelijke en uiterst behulpzame staff/personeel. Spreken alleen Spaans maar makkelijk te overkomen door het gebruiken van een translator.

Gut und hochwertig ausgestattet.

Casa Luisa entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das Haus Luisa ist ungewöhnlich gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Bereich Hauptschlafzimmer mit Bad und die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer mit einem gemeinsamen Badezimmer sind durch den geräumigen Wohn- Essbereich voneinander getrennt. Der offene Galeriebalkon kann über bewegliche, wandhohe Glasscheiben ganz oder teilweise geschlossen werden. Er lässt sich damit auch an kühleren Tagen in den Übergangsjahreszeiten hervorragen nutzen. Die Zentralheizung mit Radiatoren entspricht den nordeuropäischen Normen, damit lässt sich das Haus schnell aufheizen. Die Villa eignet sich somit auch für die kühlere Jahreszeit. Der Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung ist hervorragend, die Reaktionszeit überraschend kurz. Wegen einer überraschende Terminverschiebung unsererseits konnten wir erst einige Tage verspätet anreisen. Unaufgefordert bot die Verwaltung eine entsprechende Verlängerung unseres Aufenthaltes an. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt jedenfalls genossen.

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und immer schnell ! Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und man kann die Zeit wunderbar genießen!

Wonderful house , interior design and pool

Great place with above excellent design inside and out. Breathtaking views from an amazing glass terrace that can be opened. I have stayed at 4 places this year and this is the very best. Great communication with the owner

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, Reaktion innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Sehr entgegenkommend , würde ich jederzeit wieder empfehlen. Einziges Manko in der Haus-Beschreibung müsste genauer erklärt werden welche TV-Sender zu empfangen sind. Deutsche Kanäle gab es nicht, ich hatte angenommen,dass Deutschland auch zu internationalen Kanälen zählt.Tat der Sache aber keinen Abbruch.

Agréable séjour dans une maison agréable à vivre

Nous avons trouvé une maison propre intérieur comme extérieur et bien équipée. Une magnifique vue sur les monts. Placée idéalement entre Valence / Alicante et non loin de Dénia. seule bémol, la ville de Predeguer n'est pas trop touristique. Pour les personnes qui n'aiment pas la plage, la région offre plusieurs balades à pied ou à vélo. Séjours trop court

Aangenaam verblijf

Het vakantiehuis voldoet volledig aan de omschrijving. Alles is netjes en in orde. De communicatie met de eigenaar is wel in het Spaans maar met een online vertaler gaat dit heel vlot en je krijgt onmiddellijk reactie. We hadden een heel leuke vakantie in Casa Luisa.

Unbeatable view

The house is as described, well equiped and clean. The view from the terrace and pool-area on the mountains is amazing. Nice terraces where you can sit depending on the sun. Nice places in the area, going from cities like Denia, Javea and Altea (all 20-30min drive) to small villages like Gata De Gorgos, Benidoleig etc... within 10min drive. Even Alicante, Valencia and Gandia ain't that far. Most grocery stores are within a 5-10min drive. We found two superb gastrobars in the area, Bar Brou in Pedreguer and El Temple in Benidoleig. Furthermore, it was quite hot, some days 30° late in the evening. Anyway, the house is worth it's price, the owner communicates fast and is flexible.

Vakantiewoning met mooi uitzicht.

De woning ligt in een aparte compound in de bergen bij Pedreguer dus je hebt voor alles zeker een auto nodig. Het huis op zich heeft alles qua voorzieningen maar heeft hier en daar wel wat opfrissing nodig. Het toilet trok niet altijd door, het tuinmeubilair is aan vervanging toe. De Wifi werkte ook niet maar Javier heeft hiervoor wel een andere oplossing aangeboden. Kortom een correcte vakantiewoning in zijn prijscategorie.

Beautiful villa with stunning view

Fabulous rental from booking to leaving. Really comfortable and superbly equipped. Quirky and trendy features making it a unique place to stay. A car is needed and there was nothing really in Pedreguer itself. This did not spoil our stay. A drive to Denia gave us what we needed in restaurants etc. Javier the owner responded quickly to messages and was accommodating to our request for a later check out. His representative greeted us and despite no English we some how managed to understand each other and as he uses translate by email we knew if needed we could get our answers that way. If we could change one thing it would be the size of the towels. Take your own for the beach. Overall fabulous experience and stay and we would definitely return. Thank you
