「What a fabulous hotel. Don’t be put off by its location in a commercial area. We stayed there for three nights to attend a wedding at the nearby Casa Sontanja. It was the perfect base. Just a short drive down the coast on our spare day. Whatever your reason for being in the area, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.」

「Absolutely beautiful room (ritual) with spacious terrace. The whole complex ist very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. I really hope to go there again one day.」

「Sehr schöne, weitläufige grosse Hotel-Anlage mit Hotelteil und 500m vom Haupthaus entfernt der Bungalow-Appartmentteil "Villas". Sehr schlne gut ausgestattete Villen unterschiedlicher Grösse zum Teil mit eigenem Swimmingpool ansonsten mehrere Gemeinschaftspools. Transfer zum Hotel mit Kleinbus oder Fussweg für die Fittness und Sportlichen ( kann man joggen). Selbstversorgung im Appartment möglich da voll ausgestattete Küche ansonsten Frühstück im Hotel möglich. Leider ist die Anlage weit weg...

「Le petit dejeuner est ouvert assez tard pour nous 08h. Les transats ne sont pas confortable, pas de matelas. Pour un 5* tres etonnant.」

「We stayed for 3 nights, however the air conditioning didn’t work after the first night due to a fault in shutting the outside doors. We had staff come in and out throughout night/early hours to try and fix it. It broke again after two hours so had to have them come back in again. It then worked ok」

「Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern. Super Animation. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse samt Whirlpool. Die Putzfrau war super gründlich. Einen Stern Abzug gibt's für die dünnen Zimmerwände und die kantinenähnliche Atmosphäre beim Essen. Großes Lob an das gesamte Team des Hotels.」

「Hier is een nette en evenwichtige versie van je review: Mooie accommodatie met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat hard werkt. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar prima verzorgd. De kamer vond ik echter wat onhandig ingericht. De badkamer bood weinig privacy en beschikte alleen over een verzonken bad, waardoor je een stap naar beneden moest maken. Daarnaast was er geen mogelijkheid om de douchekop op te hangen, wat het wassen van je haren lastig maakte. Ook was er slechts één spiegel aanwezig...

「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「We were in a room near the top of the hotel and had a fantastic view of the beach and Calp rock. The room was very clean though. The bed was large and comfortable but maybe too big for such a small room. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of food choices. Staff very polite and helpful. Beware, the Underground parking is very expensive.」
