“We were a group of 7 who booked to stay at Villa Shelby in the October half term. We had a fantastic time. Villa Shelby is beautiful. It’s location is great, I feel you would benefit a car but we didn’t use the public transport so wouldn’t know the accessibility of buses etc. The Villa is spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. It had everything to make the stay home from home. The pool area was a lovely addition. There is a great outdoor seating area and BBQ which made for great evenings……

“We really enjoyed our stay in this corner house in Eva Gardens complex. Lovely garden, large patio, clean, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, large smart TV with Netflix, very comfortable beds. The property is very well located in a quiet area of lower Peyia, close to the Old Peyia village with many restaurants and tavernas and also close to Philippos supermarkets which provides free delivery! Our favourite Corallia beach is only 5 minutes drive from the……

“When reviewers put 10/10 you tend to sometimes think “Oh yeah”… but in all honestly this place was 10/10 for us. Amazing location just 5 minute walk from the main strip… but quiet. The pool was lovely and never too busy. The house was perfect and very comfortable.If I had to pick a negative it was the lack of shade by the pool but still not a major problem so am sticking with a 10/10 rating.I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.”

“Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Peyia! From the warm welcome by Jim to the property itself: everything was fantastic. It was clean when we arrived, the air conditioning was very much appreciated as was the fact that each bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom and balcony with fantastic views. The swimming pool and available beds, pool noodles and such were very well-kept, the neighbours were amazing and helpful when needed. We also loved the cats that lived on the block,……

“House was immaculately clean on arrival, good communications from the owner with arrival instructions etc.Lovely comfortable house, aircon worked well and pool was great. Just a few small things to note that could make it better. Small bedside lamp in the bedroom would be nice, rather than just the main ceiling light being the only light.Mattress protector on the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress is not in great condition with several stains. A protector would be more hygienic. Hopefully……

“The villa has 5 large double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The large modern kitchen is very well equipped with, among other things, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. There is a large terrace with loungers, a large dining table and various seating options - as well as the roof terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the sunset.
