“The Hotel charged me an additional 5 M Ringit per night saying the it was additional state taxes I felt this was UNETHICAL since the rates include ALL LOCAL TAXES other the authorised Taxes By right I should be refunded the total amount of 10 M Ringitt charged Except for the Front Office Manager who was very nice to me when I protested against unfair charge and did his best to salvage The initial charge quoted by the front office staff was but was brought down by him substantially saying……

“大致ok，唯浴室設備過於簡陋，不算很干淨，但可接受”

“On entering the hotel I was told to wait… even though I was the only one there…whilst the old guy behind the glass sloooooowly counted some cash and put it in envelopes. I stood there for 20 minutes whilst he did this! Eventually the lady next to him stepped in and helped me out. I’ve never had a situation where I was made to feel like I was not wanted at a hotel - VERY poor service. The room itself was in a bad way. Mould and hair around the basin, broken toilet seat and everything just……

“Great hotel, strategic location, polite and friendly staff. I will recommend this hotel to others.”

“Hotel was not accepting the booking made under Expedia and rejected my check-in on the spot quoting that I did not paid the full amount when I did. Hotel was asking for extra Cash upon check-in or else i will not get the room. Called to OYO for help but service attitude was rude & bad. Only know how to push the matter back and forth to Expedia and OYO Finance team! Payment settlement matters should be the problem between Hotel & Expedia but ended up staying guest have to bare for the……

“非常棒的飯店，乾淨整潔，旁邊還有遊樂園和購物商場，吃的東西非常多”

“The property itself was great but there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the pillows and breakfast. The pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked proper support. Providing firmer or more supportive pillow options would greatly enhance guest comfort. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great however there were limited meat options available. Most of the hot dishes appeared to be processed foods so a wider selection of fresh protein choices would be welcome. Since the……

“Average, i think everything is fine, but the mall near is quiet”

“Good location , good service”

“Staff are polite, friendly and ready to assist customers. The hotel is very clean. No long wait for elevators. Breakfast is decent and up to standard. The hotel is directly connected to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, so shopping and dining is very easy and accessible. You can also visit the Sunway Lagoon theme park via the shopping mall. I have no complaints at all. I give it a 10 out of 10 .”

“Room is clean and staff are friendly”

“整體設備有點舊，但住宿環境是乾淨整潔的。飯店外指示標示不清楚，接送服務的司機也看不懂！飯店周圍有蠻偏僻，沒有便利超商。”
