“The humidity in the hotel was insane. We couldn’t sleep as the sheets were damp, the toilet paper was wet and it was just a miserable stay. The manager said they were aware of the issue but it seems ownership doesn’t care as they have placed humidifiers in the hallways which did absolutely nothing. The manager did the best she could as she gave us a refund but until this issue is fixed we will not be staying here again and we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times.”

“I had high hopes for this site but was disappointed. They only appear to freshen up the room on their schedule, placard was ignored. Had to request towels a few times and all they had was crappy pool towels. Pool wasn’t maintained with sand and dirt in the bottom. Moldy caulk around the tub, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. For one of the few option in this town for accommodations you’d think they’d have a nicer place. On the up side, it was quiet, bed was comfortable. Lastly, I booked through……

“Expedia did not tell us when booking Sleep Inn, Manchester, TN was undergoing major reconstruction due to water damage. Elevator was waiting repair so limited room to first floor. Would have chosen different hotel. Room was fine and breakfast was fine. Checkin clerk very friendly. When reconstructed will be fine, probably months.”

“Staff was very rude! Booked on line for 2 adults, just so happens that it took staff 15 minutes to "find" my reservation and somehow on the managers phone it showed only 1 adult. Had to pay an additional $11.00. Manager complained to us that he makes no money when rooms are booked through Expedia! Not the customers problem. Room was dark and dingy. There was not enough towels in the room. Roll of toilet paper was almost empty, no Kleenex. Would never stay again or recommend this hotel to……
