“Lovely”

“HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! These are only a few of the issues: Room and entire floor smelled like a mix of urine and cigarette smoke which made my allergies even worse. Window shade would not roll up. Only had two working light bulbs in bathroom. The bathroom was filthy including floors, tub, shower head, hair dryer. The entire place just felt dirty. My husband stood up watching the very outdated TV—would not sit on couch and only got in the bed when he was about to fall asleep. Booked 2 nights……

“The property looked well kept. The staff was really friendly. When entering the lobby, it smelled really nice and looked very clean except the carpet. The room that I stayed in was not good. The carpet was very dirty the furniture was very outdated and scratched up really bad. The nightstand lamp was rusted, and the shade was cracked up. The closet floor and the area beside the refrigerator needed to be vacuumed badly. The bed was clean and comfortable. I wanted to use an iron, but the one in……

“Staff were bend-over-backward helpful and worked together at all levels which was refreshing. The facility is being run to max profit with $6 liters of water and expensive wine and food for sale. The room was clean but there was no luggage rack for suitcases. ”

“Always a great stay. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast has a great variety and is very clean. I will always stay there when I go to Covington. ”

“Everything was excellent, the room was clean, the food and staff at breakfast in the morning was lovely and the atmosphere in the hotel is so welcoming. There was on front desk person who wasn't particularly friendly and didn't even look at me when I was asking for some information. That hasn't been my experience in the past when I've stayed there.”

“Cute room excellent decor, good communication with host, however, I did not learn that the Ac wasn’t working until my arrival, but the host was quick to refund me, however, the weather had turned cool and the windows were open, so it was okay…. Until the next morning when temps dropped to 40’s and there was no heat either. I had to answer work emails from under blankets bowing on my cold finger to not go numb. But that was my choice to stay, again the host were willing to refund. But I was there……

“The first room we were given was dirty and there was no shower head. We switched rooms and that one wasn't much better either. The door handle on the inside of the room was broken, the room wasn't very clean, and the refrigerator was disgusting. It looked like something exploded in there and it was never wiped down. The staff was nice, I'll give them that. ”

“When I booked the room online it showed that breakfast was included. But after check in they said breakfast only coffee and nothing else”

“Check in was quick. The room was loud because of the people across the hall which kept waking me up during the night. Not good because I had a long day ahead. No restaurant on site. Staff were friendly but not professional looking. The property is in bad shape inside and furniture is worn out. ”

“When booked it said breakfast included, breakfast was old fruit and prepackaged chocolate chip muffins. Very disappointed and will not stay with them again. ”
