「LLWYN Country House is tucked away and down a little lane offering a peaceful stay and close to so many amenities and recreational facilities. Ideally situated for sporting events in Llanelli, the Millenium coastal path , Pembrey Sands, the Gower peninsula and the Carmarthenshire coastline. We received a very warm welcome and a wonderful evening meal and breakfast. Marius is an excellent host and chef and strives for quality. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to return in the future.」

「Unfortunately stayed on a weekend with a wedding, where we were on the first floor above the disco. There's non existent sound proofing and sticky doors that slams as you try to close them. Beware there's also no air con or fans. On the plus side, we had a nicely renovated room and the staff were friendly. We would have loved to have used the spa facilities but the swimming pool closed at 8pm and the spa was closed at that bank holiday weekend.」

「On arrival I was told that I only booked one child where on my booking there was 2 children. Staff was not very welcoming and sleeping when I walked through in the morning. Room ok for what we needed , beds were clean and that’s the main. Bath looks like it could do with being renewed」

「Excellent check in and greeting from reception. Room was adequate, if stuck in the 80’s but shower pressure was dreadful. Also shower is over the bath so be aware of this if you have mobility issues. Parking is good but a 24 hour fee of £5 has been introduced, partly redeemable at the hotel bar. Breakfast was good」

The wash basin was inconveniently small and we were unable to get hot water out of the tap ; we ran it for a long time but it remained stubbornly cold! 「This is a very well presented, clean, comfortable and roomy property. Comfy bed, good size TV and great shower too. Big supermarkets are only about 1.5 miles away and a restaurant very close by. Parking is right outside. The host had put the heating and lights on for my arrival which was great. Also a selection of tea and coffee was available too. Would recommend.」

「I liked that it was a very quaint, pretty little cottage in a very good location - within walking distance of the town centre but not too close for it to be noisy. The passing traffic in the morning can be quite noisy at times but nothing terrible at all. The lady who owns the property has obviously put a lot of thought into little extras and items you might find useful when staying away from home, which were greatly appreciated. We were made to feel very welcome and the cottage is beautifully...
