「Kiersten and Jacob were very friendly and great at check in! It was super clean, beautiful decor and safe/quiet location. The free breakfast was really good in the morning, plenty of options to choose from, well stocked and kept clean by working staff. We were the last family eating breakfast and she even asked if there was anything else we wanted before closing up at 10am, so polite! 」

「Ryan is a top notch manager! The prime location downtown created a very walkable stay. Breakfast was truly special! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. It was fun to meet other guests during our breakfast. All of this is set in a gorgeous 1800’s mansion that has been lovingly restored. 」

「We have stayed at many hotels. The staff is usually "nice". But these employees were better than nice. The hotel looks brand new. It is smaller than the Hampton Inn, which is across from it. The smaller size made it easier to navigate and interact with other customers. The visitors came from Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, California, Indiana, and Illinois. 」

「Myself and my grandson were in town for a sleepover and pick up of auction stuff the following day. I did phone ahead to make sure that I would be able to get a room focused to the lobby or at least closest to the elevators if I was up on the second third or fourth floor. 「My husband and I have stayed here twice in the last couple of years. Its a great place to stay with great staff. I might suggest some larger bowls in the cabinets and maybe a frying pan as well. Overall great place to stay. 」
