“I think communication with the host was actually a chatbot. I was encouraged to ask about early check-in and when I did the response was always the same, "ask closer to check-in time". There was music that was clear and loud piped into the room. This surprised the "host" who asked me to check for a source. It wasn't the street music and the host was surprised that it would come form the restaurant. Said would support me but I don't know what that means because clearly they did nothing to find……
