I immediately informed the person who gave me the key so that the place was unlivable, but they dismissed me and they told me “take it or leave it” — extremely rude and careless.Because of this, I had no choice but to book another property last-minute and ended up paying an extra 200 out of pocket. This was not just disappointing, it was outright unacceptable. The property was unfit for stay.」

"I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that, the room was dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. This experience is extremely disappointing and far below expectations."
