“The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury.”

“A fantastic apartment with lovely hosts. Lesley was very helpful from first booking, being welcomed when we arrived and the communication during our stay was perfect. The annex was extremely clean and well appointed and very quiet. There was milk in the fridge as well as coffee and tea. Could not fault the is property and would definitely book again.”

“You know i can tell you about the stay but in fact THERE WAS NO STAY. the property is a SCAM. I knocked at the door multiple times and nobody answered, i was left no instructions to even access the property either. So when i applied for a refund i was refused and left no answer. The owner wouldn’t even pick up the phone. It’s an absolute disgrace that i’ve lost the money aswell as a university student it’s just sad. Never ever visit this place as it’s actually shocking ”

“This character property was very spacious, well appointed with high quality fittings and had tasteful modern decor. It was very clean too. Nice and quiet, despite being near the airport. The beds and sofas are comfy and a generous size. The sofas are all very low though, so not suitable for older people or those with mobility issues. There were lots of boardgames in the house, modern TVs with Sky and a space invaders machine. We enjoyed our stay overall, but had a few snags, hence only 4……

"I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that, the room was dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. This experience is extremely disappointing and far below expectations."
