Dalton was very helpful. However…. I asked for a 1st flr room for ADA w/2 queens and ended up with a 3rd flr room king suite. The elevator was out of order so I had to bring all of our things down the stairs. On the last landing, everything fell. I just let go rather than falling with it all.
Additionally, one of your cleaners was scrolling on his phone for 45 minutes in rm 313. Dalton addressed the situation and I left a note for mgmt.
