“The check in process was very easy and pleasant , but was very disappointed for the amount of money we paid for the night , the room does not provide a place to eat if food taken to room, chair for only one person. Bathroom size although was very small it had no shelves to place ur hygiene products in the shower (soap or hygiene products), nor loofahs or washcloths. No hooks for towels or washcloths. 3 lamps in the room but only 2 plugged could plug in so not enough lighting. Rooms are very……

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“The property was fine I just didn't like the design of the rooms I felt the TV is in the wrong place and the whole bathroom wasn't closed in”

“Very new hotel”

“Our second stay here in the course of a week and this time wasn’t great. The TV’s in our suite didn’t work and after mentioning this to the front desk which I had to go downstairs to speak with because our phone also didn’t work…no one ever came to fix it although I was told they would! I ended up unplugging and figuring it out for the living room tv. Bedroom tv never worked at all! Besides this tv issue, the hotel is clean, other staff were super nice and helpful! It’s equipped like a home……

“This hotel us to be one of the top hotels in SJ, come to find out it fell to the bottom. People run in and out of the rooms all night making loud noises. Doors slamming hard. No restaurant, shop to purchase snacks was told to go next door to the gas station. No ice machines. The front desk clerk could barely speak English. Later in visit found out that the hotel just sold and will be under New management. Hopefully the reduce the hotel. Also found out old owners renovented rooms that were on……
