「Clean modern studio apartment in a great location in the city. I appreciated the bedroom/bathroom having its own door from the living room/kitchen. Parking was difficult until I realized the SoSuite portal has a Parking button that takes you to Spot Hero's website where you can find a spot to book close to the property, that was great.
The biggest issue with the specific unit we were put in (1 bedroom apartment) is that it happened to be the only room in the entire building with its own...

「Official check in time was 4pm but I really needed to check in earlier to attend a funeral. Because there are no humans at the hotel, everything has to be done either over the phone or by text. Slowed down the process. I ended up sitting in the lobby for 1.5 hours before I could get into my room. Also the hot water took more than 10 minutes to come out of the shower and sink.」

「Description and photos set appropriate expectations. Yes, there is an elevated train outside the door. Did it bother us? No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated.
