“We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10”

“We stayed overnight to celebrate our friends upcoming wedding. The location was great, the house itself was beautiful and clean, and everything went extremely well. The host left us toiletries and waters and instructions on how to access just about everything. Highly highly highly recommend to anybody who wants to stay near Phillys hustle and bustle but wants to sleep in a quaint area.”

“This quaint little apartment in Old City was perfect for our family trip to Philly. We LOVED being in walking distance of all history sights. The alley on which the house was, was adorable with cobblestones and the whole 9 yards! The architecture of the house was very unique and historic. Things were very clean and comfortable and we had all that we needed! Thank you Sophie for a magnificent stay in Philly! We would use you again in a heart beat if we returned. Thank you! PS. “The places was perfect for our family of 5. Location was very good with great places for food and coffee within walking distance. There was a lot of construction going on in the area but I just assume that mean greater amenities in the future. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Overall a great stay with no complaints. Thanks!”

“I had a great time here! The property was better than advertised. I had a friend / family group of 10 and everyone enjoyed the spacious floor plan and multiple floors for privacy. The host made things very clear in the preparation email and my stay went well with 0 issues thanks to the clear directions. Surrounding streets could be nicer lol but overall the experience was great there are multiple restaurants and Casino within walking distance. ”

“This place was wonderful. A few kitchen items we missed but nothing too serious. Fairly close to grocery store, we walked there but got an Uber back. Was quiet at night. Wish we had more of time to walk around the area a bit more. ”

“The house and block were just lovley. I had to travel last minute because my mother passed. After being out all day to take care of her affairs and all the emotions that came with it, I needed someplace that felt homey to return to. And this house was that. It was well designed, comfortable and had nice amenities. It was 2 blocks to the local market, restaurants and pharmacy. There are play areas on both corners (we traveled with a 4,12 and 16 year old) And it is located on a beautiful garden……

“My family and I enjoyed our stay. We came down for an event and didn't spend too much time on the property. However, it was clean and nicely furnished. The owner was prompt in responding to questions. Would recommend.”

“We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including lots of baby items for our 7 month old). We used the whole house - from catching up on laundry to having a glass of wine on the patio. The neighborhood had great coffee shops, restaurants, and playgrounds. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the Franklin Institute. Street parking was pretty easy to find, despite the construction down the block, and we never got a ticket. Gabe and Jon……

“Cool little apartment style hotel! I was a fan of how clean the accommodation was and how much it felt like a home.”

“overall it is good, worths the price but somehow there is no heating facility in the hotel so I needed to put on my coat during sleep.”
