「I had never even heard of Bird-in-Hand, let alone the Bird-in-Hand Family Inn, when first planning our trip to the Lancaster County area, my first return to the region in several decades. However, I saw great reviews of the inn, and it was well situated amongst the places that we wanted to visit (and particularly the places we wanted to eat), and it had an indoor pool and hot tub, so we took the chance. 「This hotel was good overall. They have a diner inside arcades indoor pool outdoor pool a gym and so many good things any family would want and its location is super convenient they have a sheetz right next door that's 24hrs and so many other places to eat. The only issues I had was the room smell the room looked super clean overall but smelled like cigarettes very very strong smell it was so annoying.」

「Close to Hershey Park and market 」

「Our room smelled terrible on checking in: musty or something. . . The bedroom, 222, had red plaid carpeting, rather unusual to say the least. Our rooms faced north, towards the highway, so traffic noise was very noticeable at all hours. Requesting room in the south wing of the facility is strongly encouraged. The toilet was running continuously when we checked in: I cleaned the flap valve seal and that fixed the problem. Evidently the staff hadn't either noticed this or known how to do the easy...
