“I found the property to be very clean and well equipped. It was slightly smaller than I expected, but as I was staying alone that wasn't a problem. I believe it would be plenty big enough for a couple. It was a great location for me as I was visiting quite a few sites around the area. I would highly recommend this property and I would very likely stay again.”

“Basic”

“The room was perfect. So clean and nicely decorated. Everything you needed there. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend”

“Great central location with parking. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and seafront.”

“Nice place, comfortable , clean and interesting but it is a walk up a hill from the ocean”

“Host friendly and had a good checkin help. Property is excellent and well maintained. ”

“Perfect location next to marina and the beach, beautiful panoramic view on Swansea and surrounding hills, very close to shops and restaurants, there is the bar on 28th floor with amazing view in all directions, apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable, host is very friendly and told me what is worth to visit around, where I can find local shops and good restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay and would like to come back in the future.”

“Had a brilliant stay at Rose cottage it’s a little gem. The hot tub overlooks countryside and it’s so private in your own little garden. Lovely lounge with comfy sofa and the bed is massive and very comfortable. The restaurant we only used on the last night but we wished we had gone more often, lovely hosts and the food that we had was gorgeous. The location is great for exploring the beautiful beaches and Gower peninsula, We will definitely be returning.”

“Lovely cottage .peaceful .need car to get to kidwelly as no footpath on road there.great shower and comfy beds”

“Lovely apartment with great views over the Marina and a short walk to the beach and coastal walk. Plenty of bars and good restaurants within 2 to 15 mins walk and lots to see. Only 20 mins walk into the town centre. Pescado restaurant below is fabulous. The apartment has good sized rooms, a well equipped kitchen and internet connect TV. There is free parking over the road arranged by the owner. The block has an elevator though it is only 2 floors up if you want the exercise. We may well……

“Good property, but lacks sufficient bathroom facilities for larger groups The property itself is nice, and we stayed for a single night with our kids. However, the biggest drawback was that there is only one bathroom. With 7 of us across 2 families, having just one bathroom caused significant delays and meant we were constantly queueing up. It worked fine for a quick stay, but extra bathroom facilities are definitely needed for group bookings.”

“nice house, very clean, great tv! Would definitely use again”

“Great place with character ”

“The apartment was absolutely immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and the was plenty of space to relax in the lounge. The little balcony overlooking the marina was a lovely spot to have a cuppa! The location is very convenient for both the City Centre and the Beach. The host Joan was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back to Scenic View.”
