“Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay.”

“Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected.”

“Charming old tea rooms which is now a lovely chalet with everything needed. Short drive to Falmouth and its facilities Couldn't get closer to the beach. Owner very helpful and responsive to queries. Left feeling recharged and rested. Would definitely go back.”

“We stayed for 3 nights over a Weekend in March, and even with iffy (cold, bit rainy) it was wonderful. House is exactly as shown in the pics - immaculate -- with unexpected beautiful views from not only the family room (with huge expanse of glass including out onto the patio) but also from the master and from the kitchen. The setting at the end of the street means you get both water and headline views, with nothing in between, and walk directly unto the headland trails. Big kitchen, big dining……

“Unmatched views of the beach and coast. Brilliant body boarding beach within 5min walk. Tolcarne Beach resort a hidden gem - great restaurant, great cafe, great beach - within 5min walk. Fantastic pizza restaurant Secret Garden within 3min walk. Aldi and Asda within 5min walk. Wet suit drying room with board locker very useful.”

“Overall, a 5 star experience. A very sweet, bijou & well presented cottage, a short walk from Newlyn’s amenities & excellent eateries and, within walking distance of Mousehole. The cottage has a wood-burning stove, supplied with a generous basket of logs, though we topped up with our own supply - it heated the place quickly and made it very cosy. The newly refurbished shower was excellent, with a plentiful supply of hot water, with good pressure. Whilst there was very restricted access to the……
