Short vacation

Had a wonderful stay. The check in/out was very easy and the communication was great. The condo was comfortable and the location was quiet which was just what I wanted. Had a flyby from the Blue Angels on Sunday afternoon.

Perfect beachfront condo for 2!

This condo provided everything we needed for a lovely beach vacation. The balcony overlooking the gulf was such a treat. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (pots and pans, blender, lots of cups, silverware and plates). The bed was large enough for 2 and super comfy. Can’t speak to the pull out sofa beds, we didn’t use those. And 2 bathrooms! Everything also felt clean and safe, and the location was fantastic. We would definitely stay again!

Nice location

The unit was very clean and the location is great. However, the unit needs to be updated. The couches were very uncomfortable. You could barely sit on them. The washer was hard to start. although everything was clean, It didn’t look that clean because everything is so outdated or rusty or nicked.. it’s missing some amenities that you get at other places.

Disappointed, but Pensacola Properties made it right

Condo needs a LOT of updating. We stayed one night and moved to another unit the next morning. We would not have stayed there for more than that, it was depressing. A lot of broken elements, stained ceiling tiles, sand in cabinets, old decor, etc. The unit they moved us to the next morning was lovely. Just an unfortunate start to our vacation.

The view and location is absolutely perfect! Decor of the place is outdated. (But thats not the deal breaker)The sofa/sofa beds were horrible. They are old, sunk in and outdated. When we opened the sofa bed, a dead roach flew out. The mattresses in the sofa bed are thin and old. You feel like you are laying on the metal bars of the sofa. The master bed wasnt that bad. Vacuum didnt work. The washer/dryer wasnt great. The dryer is loud and squeaky. People are very nice. Location was perfect. Just wish the bed and sofa was better.

Great Location - Just Needs Update

The condo itself is in a great location in a very nice building. Very close to other beaches, and all the restaurants. The pool & hot tub are great - maintained well and nice temps. The room just needs to be updated. The furniture looks to be 30 years old. The rug in the living room - is it dark gray or is it dirty? We couldn't tell. We didn't want to put anything in the dressers. Just 2,000-3,000 investment into updates would make this condo a 5 star all around. We would return to the San Souci, but probably not this condo if not updated.
