Beach front townhouse condominium located directly on the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. The PRIVATE BEACH is yards away from the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Nothing beats the spectacular view and access our unit has to offer. The unit is only feet away from the swimming pool, tennis courts and next to the walk over to the PRIVATE beach. Imagine the first signs of the rising sun peeking through the shades. Open your eyes to the breathtaking view of the white beaches and aquamarine Gulf of Mexico. What a way to start your day! It's truly a 'home away from home.' Relax on our balcony and you just may see dolphins swimming and frolicking in the water.

Unit #26 is absolutely beautiful, and tastefully decorated. Our spacious two bedrooms, two baths are waiting for you. Master bedroom has a king size bed plus a queen size futon; master bathroom has a step in shower with seat and grab bar. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a 32' flat screen HD-TV. The master bedroom and living area have full view of the beach and gulf. The living area includes a 42' flat screen HD-TV, a DVD player, and two queen size sofa sleepers. We also have family games and puzzles for those rainy days. Private balcony with table and chairs. Covered deck ground level with table and chairs and outside shower.

We have Broadband internet and WiFi internet service for those who can't live without their computer.

Beach level is private two plus car garage and has an outside deck with a shower and faucet. Other amenities: Washer and dryer, BBQ grill, beach chairs, and beach towels.

Enjoy Pensacola Beach, Florida by staying at Portside Villas Unit #26. No high rise crowds to infringe on your vacation and privacy. Your vacation will be filled with beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and warm waters. Beach combing will keep you busy and fill your buckets. You can go fishing from the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. SCUBA diving on the world's largest artificial reef the Oriskany is one of our crown jewels. The pool is refreshing after a dip in the salt waters of the gulf. However, it is not heated for winter use.

Many excellent restaurants on the island may delight your taste buds from rustic oyster bars to open air cafes. The Naval Air Station is located nearby with the Blue Angels flight team practicing, April through November. Their flights of incredible feats are fascinating. Golf courses are in abundance in the area but not directly on the island.

This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS unit.

Summer rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time after 4:00 p.m. and a check out PROMPTLY at 10:00 a.m. This unit is available year round.

Linda was very helpful and kind enough to adjust our dates as circumstances changed. The condo is so convenient for back and forth to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It provided a quiet and relaxing respite at this time of the year.

Perfect peace

The beach here is so great because there aren't as many tourists and no beach chair set up every day to fight for beach spots. It was quiet. The location of this property is perfect. The underneath area was perfect to keep our beach chairs and toys and drynour beach towels. Having the tennis court right there was amazing! The pool was so nice too! Well maintained facilitites. The kitchen was perfect! Everything we needed. We were so comfortable, it felt like home. Check in and communication was wonderful! It was so nice to have access to the garage. While we didn't use it, having a washer and dryer there is great, especially if we were going to stay a long time. Pro tip: we leave our beach shoes outside the door and have indoor shoes to minimize the sand that gets in. But if you do get some sand, there was a vacuum and broom and dustpan. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great! Never ran out of hot water, even with 3 girls showering in a row. We had an amazing week!!!

The condo on the beach was the selling point for us. Some of the fees that we were charged, not so much. Especially when asked to strip the bed linens down and start the clothes. The company that the owners are using to clean the place are doing a terrible job. There was a wad of black hairs behind the main bathroom’s door. I don’t believe the sheets were clean for our arrival, because when it came time to go to bed there was sand on top of the fitted sheets in both bathrooms. LED me to believe the beds were made up and the linens weren’t washed. The decor of the condo was nice. We only stayed 2 nights. The view from the main bedroom are amazing.

Drift Off to the Sounds of the Surf

We loved being right on the beach and listening to the sounds of the waves 24/7. (You can literally be out the door and in the sand in 45 seconds!) The space was very roomy, and never felt crowded with four adults and a 3-year-old. We appreciated that the owner supplied plenty of sand toys and beach chairs. In the evenings we opened the garage door, rolled out the charcoal grill, and sipped adult beverages while making dinner. This was our first time staying in the Pensacola area, and we feel very lucky to have found this unit away from the crowds.

Perfect weekend getaway on Pensacola Beach

The property was clean, warm and comfortable. Everything was in working order. And there were a ton of extra blankets, pillows and towels. The only suggestion for improvement would be the check in procedure. The directions to gain entry to the unit and garage were confusing and the added donuts of beach gear would have been nice to know before we arrived. The host, Linda was extremely prompt in answering my call. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to experience the gulf coast beach

Peg Leg Petes, white sand beach and Stars... oh my

Easy access to the property. Plenty of room for 2 couples with separate rooms and attached bathrooms. The balcony facing the ocean was wonderful at night to see all the stars. Also nice to have coffee in the morning and just listen to the waves. Very quiet area and the beach was mostly empty. Very close to Peg Leg Petes for some Shipwrecks and Oysters... always outstanding. Also very close to Fort Pickens but we ran out of time. The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. The walk way out to the beach was easily accessible even at night when we went down to see the ghost crabs. Being right on the ocean gave us great view of the sunrise and sunset which were wonderful while we were there... clear skies forever!

UNBELIEVABLE VIEWS - STEPS from BEACH

This beachfront property was the perfect setting for a perfect vacation! It is super comfortable and everything we needed was at our fingertips. The location is perfect. This was the first time we have been to the beach and not stayed in a high-rise condo, and we absolutely loved it! The beach was not crowded, peaceful and literally steps away. Linda was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to communications. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and will be back next year.

Amazing!!

We enjoyed our time here so much! Perfect location. It was secluded and only a 5 minute drive to all restaurants and shops downtown. Private beach! We were able to fish off the beach and had room to ourselves. Linda had beach chairs/umbrellas/toys there for us to use and she was available to text or message. We will be returning here because we loved it so much!

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. The location was perfect being right on the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We had a problem with the AC and not only was the owner extremely quick in responding to us, but she got maintenance to come and solve it immediately even though it was after hours! We will definitely come back!
