Unit #26 is absolutely beautiful, and tastefully decorated. Our spacious two bedrooms, two baths are waiting for you. Master bedroom has a king size bed plus a queen size futon; master bathroom has a step in shower with seat and grab bar. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a 32' flat screen HD-TV. The master bedroom and living area have full view of the beach and gulf. The living area includes a 42' flat screen HD-TV, a DVD player, and two queen size sofa sleepers. We also have family games and puzzles for those rainy days. Private balcony with table and chairs. Covered deck ground level with table and chairs and outside shower.

We have Broadband internet and WiFi internet service for those who can't live without their computer.

Beach level is private two plus car garage and has an outside deck with a shower and faucet. Other amenities: Washer and dryer, BBQ grill, beach chairs, and beach towels.

Enjoy Pensacola Beach, Florida by staying at Portside Villas Unit #26. No high rise crowds to infringe on your vacation and privacy. Your vacation will be filled with beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and warm waters. Beach combing will keep you busy and fill your buckets. You can go fishing from the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. SCUBA diving on the world's largest artificial reef the Oriskany is one of our crown jewels. The pool is refreshing after a dip in the salt waters of the gulf. However, it is not heated for winter use.

Many excellent restaurants on the island may delight your taste buds from rustic oyster bars to open air cafes. The Naval Air Station is located nearby with the Blue Angels flight team practicing, April through November. Their flights of incredible feats are fascinating. Golf courses are in abundance in the area but not directly on the island.

Summer rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time after 4:00 p.m. and a check out PROMPTLY at 10:00 a.m. This unit is available year round.
