Hot with a view

The condo was spacious and roomy. The view of the bay was relaxing and beautiful. The air was broken and it took over two days for them to follow through with repair.

Perfect!

So very pleased! Surpassed our expectations! The view from our balcony of the sunset on the harbor was to die for! Kids really enjoyed looking for crabs at night right outside! Everything was quiet, clean and just perfect! Definitely recommend!

Great location - ok amenities

The location is great, gated, nice & quiet. Easy walk to everything. The space is nice. The sleeper sofa is very out dated. My husband went and purchased an air mattress for our girls to sleep on. The last night of our stay we discovered there was a double bed in the tv console.much more comfortable. Would’ve been nice to know on our first night. We needed the extra bed, so this was important to us.

Could use a little updating

Great location, love having the corner condo, but the floors were so dirty. Vacasa sent a questionnaire about the cleanliness and I sent over pictures of my son’s black feet. I was very impressed with how quickly they got the cleaners over the next day. Vacasa was also very communicative and kind. The unit could use some updating, as the couch has seen some better days. A lot of the tiles throughout are loose and toilet in the master has come loose at the base. It was ok for a quick 2 night stay but definitely not for a longer getaway.

Pensacola Getaway

Was never sent check in instructions, only text giving us the Condo door code, we had to reply on other people staying at the condo to get us in the locked car gate, and had to text the property manager to figure out how to open the Condo door. Only having 1 fob to open the parking gate and 1 fob to open the entry gate made it difficult for family members to go places separately. But the Condo was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Some of the Kitchen cabinets need replaced as well as the sliding glass door blind, it had several slats missing. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Family getaway

Perfect location. Beach, pier and restaurants in walking distance. Condo was bright and airy. Spent a lot of time on the huge balcony overlooking the pool. Unfortunately, the patio furniture was old and very uncomfortable. The gym/fitness was stated as an amenity on listing which was exactly what my group needed. It was locked. No where in the condo were there instructions on how to access the gym. Reached out to Vacasa to see how they could remedy the situation, very disappointed on the time it took for them to respond. We had already checked out. Please don’t list a gym if it cannot be used.

We loved the room! Even though most extra amenities were not used, I was very happy to see the options available, air mattress, play pen, high chair. It was in a perfect area close to the beach with the balcony directly facing the pool. Loved that it was in a gated community.

Bring a blanket!

Amazing location, perfect amount of space for 6 adults. There weren’t any spare blankets or anything for the pull out couch which we weren’t expecting so I would bring an extra couple of blankets if you use the pullout couch

Property was great minus the couch is pretty much due for replacement. It’s not dirty or torn just very sat in if that makes sense. Other than that and gym access that we couldn’t find we were very pleased. The condo unit and grounds were very well maintained. The pool was very nice and clean. Bathrooms near the pool were VERY clean 24/7. Communication was great. They answered our questions immediately. We will be back.
