Last Minute Family Gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home, centrally located near the downtown area that is steps from the beach. As advertised with plenty of space both inside and out. Easy check in and check out process. Would recommend.

Great house and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 11 stay and we were all very comfortable. There are lots of places to be, inside and outside of the house. The walk to the beach is easy and fast. The kitchen is well appointed and had all we needed. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay, Maldonado 306 had a well-appointed kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise! We especially appreciated the gates on the deck, keeping the kiddos safe! My only suggestion: some throw blankets for use during the colder months.

Family Celebration

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the house for our immediate family and hosted two large parties for 20 people at each. living/kitchen/dining area provided for good flow and conversation. The only downsides were the number of steps to reach the living area and numerous steps to the bedrooms. Everyone did fine, but we were concerned about safety for older guests. The first floor suite smells musty.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was great!It was a good setup with lots of deck spaceThere was plenty of cooking utensils, and things to utilize the kitchen, which was greatThere was plenty of cooking utensils, and things to utilize the kitchen, which was great. We had the impression they were going to be more beach items and from based on the picture on Paradise Baech Homes website, so we expected to have more toys for the kids and or noodles since we flew in. We did not have any of those items with us because we expect them to be in the house. The second point was the louver doors for the bedrooms is great for airflow, but since we had quite a few people in the house, noise was a little bit of a problem, and we couldn’t close off the bedrooms to allow the sleepers to sleep in and of course, with tile floors everywhere that makes the voices carry through the house so with kids it was a bit of a challenge. Otherwise the locations really great the land of the house is really functional and we enjoyed the house a lot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented many times with Paradise, and, as always, the service was wonderful. And, the house was really terrific. We had 12 guests, and we never felt on top of each other. The kitchen was huge and beautifully updated, with tons of storage and every amenity you could think of. We loved that there are two sets of washer/dryers. The bedrooms were all a great size. There were balconies off every room, so, lots of space to gather. It is a block and a half from the Gulf- so- location, location, location! It’s also only a mile to Casino Beach, so the teens could walk or ride bikes and had a lot of independence. We’ve already booked for next year. A few minuses: the apartment off the garage was REALLY musty - there must be a water problem. A dehumidifier is needed, at the least. And, as others have stated, there is still not enough deck seating. Every balcony off bedrooms should have at least two chairs. And, weirdly, there is no direct access to the huge living area that is on the top floor and leads to a huge deck with amazing views. My teens and their friends had to go thru our master to access it. Awkward. Could a staircase be built from the second to third level deck? And, some chairs up there- we would have loved to sit up there in the evenings. All in all, just a few changes would really make this place shine!

Beautiful home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home. It is less than a block to beach. There is lots of room for a lot of people. The management company was very helpful except with the TVs. The main floor living room was the only one we could watch because the others had no service and would not let us connect. It was okay though. There are 5 bedrooms but only 4 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor share a bathroom.It was a wonderful rental and we would definitely like to rent again.
