Great Location

This property was wonderful for our family beach vacation. Quick walk to the beach and access to the pool. Amenities were accurately described. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great location

Large BBQ grill shown on the deck was not there, just a small electric grill in the garage. We had to go to a rental office to get a key which was out the way. All the other units appeared to have key codes on the doors. The condo itself was nice and clean. Beach was convenient to access.

Great Place; Great Location

We were very impressed with this location. It was much closer to the beach than we had realized - literally just a few steps out the door to the walkway. The place was nice, clean and perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again. We liked that it was not as crowded and congested as near central Pensacola Beach. Another win. Our only complaint would be that they provided only 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher detergent pods, and about 1 roll of TP per bathroom - only enough for about 2 days. If you stay longer than a couple days (like everyone does), you'll need to provide those items yourself, which is strange in a hospitality situation such as this one. It makes an otherwise good location feel cheap. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the location.

Get what you pay for.

The unit was clean except for the downstairs hall 1/2 bath which looked like it was used before we got there. The interior was otherwise clean. Kitchen well stocked. Stairs are a challenge both inside and especially outside. They seem dark, hard to see and narrow and very steep. If you're tall, like my 6'4" son, the stairs leading to the garage put you too close to the garage door frame. I guess that's why they have a tennis ball covering the sharp metal track. When raining, the roof drains directly on the front steps leaving you to navigate a waterfall of rain water. Same for the garage. The exterior is tired and worn. Trim reminds me of a fishing camp. We've stayed at another location for the past 16 years in a row and only chose this option due to price increases. We will pay the difference next time.

Fabulous

We enjoyed this updated, clean condo super close to the beach!! The outside of the entire complex is a little tired, but the inside was great. The extra chairs, beach cart, and sand bucket in the garage were a great bonus to what we brought. The location was perfect- a short walk for two in our party who needed that!
