Great time at Waterscape

We had a great time staying at Waterscape. This was our second time staying there. We stayed in A210 and enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and access to the pool was right out our door and down stairs to lower deck and right down the hall to access the upper deck. Everything was as expected and look forward to staying again.

Great vacation

This room was perfect for our family of 5. Location was great, the room was very clean, and we had everything we needed. Being next to the stairs made going to and from the pool very easy. The decor is somewhat outdated, but it’s still a very nice room. We will be back.

5/5 from both of my kids.

We absolutely LOVED this unit! We have stayed many times at Waterscape and this is our new favorite. The views of the pool and the evening family activities were spectacular. The convenience of the room was PERFECT! There were a few kitchens items that were missing but we made it work.

We love Waterscape!

We are frequent guests at Waterscape and have been for decades. We never had this problem before but we were locked in our room for a few hours. Our code given only worked to enter the room upon check in. We were thankful our daughter stayed behind for a second because we would have all been locked out of our room and would not have been able to get to our phones or personal items. I contacted the help number and we tried six different codes and nothing worked. I had to wait for another hour for someone to come and give a new code and make sure that code worked. This whole issue took a while, but it was right after 5pm. We are very aware of staff leaving at 5 and we were checked in before 5. This happened very immediately after we checked in at 4. Also we were told we could not shower because the bathroom had just been caulked. I wish we would have known that before arriving. No biggie in the end. The trip was nice and we are planning another for Father's Day and my daughter's birthday in the same weekend. We love Waterscape.

very nice unit, right next to stairwell for easy pool access and a good view from balcony, Beds were decent, one soft one firm. Kitchen well equipped, overall pretty clean, carpet in bedrooms needs replaced but other than that great unit, and great time at waterscape!

Everything was wonderful close to pool and beach. The only thing i would say that needs to be done is to update on the couch ( kinda fall in the holes) and one of the matresses. You fall in the middle. But it was a great first time staying there. I would stay again.

Beautiful Condo and Perfect Location

Our condo was on the 2nd floor and had easy access to the pool area and beach (once we learned where the closest exits were). The condo itself was spacious and very nice! We were very comfortable. We had a mishap with a chirping fire alarm, but maintenance resolved the problem quickly once reported. The location was perfect right next to a Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, jet ski rentals, and an AJ's restaurant all within walking distance! I believe it is well-deserving of a 5-star rating.

Great stay

The resort is awesome, love the pools, tiki hut and beach. This room is perfect placement with easy access to pools and parking garage; view from Master room is 10/10. Only negative is the master bedroom needs a new bed, I saw reviews from last year saying sinks in the center and I assumed that was replaced , but very thin and sinks in the middle . Tvs were small in the bedrooms also. Overall the positives outweighed the negative but def would select a room with a better master bed next time if available. Still 5 star review. Thank you

Wonderful and Relaxing

This condo was perfect. I woke up and can see the ocean from my bed. It may have been a little noisy because it was close to the pool but I love to hear the kids laugh and have a great time to me. That's what vacations all about. This is a wonderful condo. Great access to the pool area and not a far walk to the beach. I love this vacation and would vacate in this condo again

Location of room to pool is great! Only complaint was the people in A310 were very disruptive. We complained but the people continued to make a lot of noise especially in very early morning. We enjoyed our vacation !

Waterscape room 210A

This is our third time staying at waterscape Ft. Walton. We have always had great experiences here. But this stay was a huge disappointment. The front desk called us on the way and told us they had to steam the carpets. Which was not an issue for us at all. But when we arrived the carpet was soaking wet. I gave it two days before going to the front desk because there was an odor in the room at this point. The carpet was so wet the entire stay that we could not walk in the bedrooms with socks on. Every time we left the room for a long period of time there was a bad odor upon coming back, like a mildew smell. All of the locks on the doors we broken. The furniture was completely outdated and the sofas were dirty and extremely uncomfortable. There were dirty socks left in the bunk beds from the guests before us which told me that the bed was possibly not changed or not cleaned properly. Also, when we opened the sofa bed the first night to put our children to bed the sofa bed had chips and crumbs all over on the cover. Our room was very dirty. Needless to say I will no longer be a guest here in the future. I was completely embarrassed due to us bringing guest with us and feeling bad because they were uncomfortable. I am not a picky person and could have lived with the outdated furniture but the soaked carpets and uncleanliness was unacceptable for the amount of money we spent to stay here.

Don't stay at A210 Waterscape

Would not stay at this condo again. Very small TV's in bedroom. Dishwasher does not clean dishes. Mattress uncomfortable - slopes down in the middle.

Amazing

It's exactly what we wanted for a family of 6.. it was roomy had all the items we needed to cook and enjoy and feel.like home. The pools were amazing and being so close to the beach my kids 9,7,4 and 3 adults were all satisfied and can enjoy everything
